    * Only eligible insured can participate in the program

    Your friend will receive an email with $20 Amazon Gift Card after they successfully enrolled in health insurance plan for at least 9 months by your link.

    *Basic, GC basic and any enrollment less than 270 days are not eligible for the program.

    You get rewarded

    Once we verify your friend's enrollment, you will receive the $20 Amazon Gift Card by email. Please allow 3-5 business days for the verification to be completed.
